I purchased this shaft as a blank. Ned Morris finished it off with cola brown phenolic & brass ring work, an olive wood insert (if I recall correct), and he removed the Tiger logo at my request. Because the shaft plays very different from the other I had made by Ned I have never been able to switch easily between them so it's up for sale after mostly living in my case since purchase.
The shaft has been lightly used, shows some minor bluing, and is smooth near the bridge but has some small dents a few inches up from the joint that won't be noticed during play and can easily be taken out by a cuesmith. The finish on the phenolic has peeled some on the cue's butt and my other shaft that gets regular use, so a heads up that while this one still has a good finish that will likely wear with time and need a simple refinish.
