Lambros 3-piece shaft question - 04-06-2019, 10:57 AM

I have Lambros 3 piece LD shaft and I can feel one of the pieces sticking out, does this means that it separated or it just needs refinish?
Is it common that this happens?

It plays good and no noise when hitting balls.

Playing cue: Lambros
Jump & Break cue: Poison

I’m hopeful he will finish my new cue by June 20th; a 50th birthday present to myself. I realllly want to check in with him, but don’t want to bug him.

Off topic, what is a 3 piece shaft? Is it 3 pie shaped pieces? Other?

Its similar to BD 360, actually 4 pieces if I remember correctly, he does not make those anymore, they play nice.

3 I believe. He said something that made sense to me in using odd numbers for pie cut shafts.
