I want to publicly acknowledge jhanso18 and Keith Hanssen cues as the best
I have ever experienced in the business as cue makers and the quality of
customer service Justin provided for me...
Way above and beyond the call of duty.
As most know here the cue market is on life support, and even quality items have
a difficult time presently finding a new home.
I bought this Hanssen cue from Trav Dorn for a reasonable price:

It is easily in the top 3 of cues I have ever hit balls with, and my I-trader indicates
I have hit balls with a lot of cues (Imagine what many of us pre I-trader members
count would be if I-trader existed when we joined AZB)
I purchased the cue with the intentions of it being a keeper as I always admired
the outstanding point and ring work Keith puts into his cues, and the fact that
they hit with superior feedback to the arm doesn't hurt them any.
I even had Keith make the matching jp set for it after I bought it from Trav Dorn
which indicates it to be a keeper cue.
$hit hit the fan in my life, and as I am presently feeding through a tube into
my stomach I had to let some cues go to cover increasing medical co-pays.
I have recently sold some cues at insane liquidation pricing, however for
whatever reason I could not sell the Hanssen cue.
Justin heard of my situation and offered to help, and he more than helped.
He stayed in continual PM contact with me, and within a week he found a
buyer for my cue.
HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO THIS...HE COULD HAVE SOLD ONE OF
KEITH'S FRESH OFF THE LATHE CUES. HE ACTUALLY COST
HIMSELF A NEW SALE HELPING ME
As soon as this tube is out of my gut and I'm back up to speed you can
bet your a$$ I will be talking to Justin and Keith about a new keeper cue.
