I'm sure if you have the cash then most cuemakers will do your custom cue as you'd like so long as it isn't an offensive theme (hateful, swastikas, that sort of thing)

I would suggest using mostly veneer colors and inlay colors rather than making the full cue look that way, would be less of a garish gimmick and more of a serious tool. Unless of course you want to go all out flaming gay as Homer likes them https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3CnsOqnAaM LOL

McDermott does pretty good custom color work for a decent price if you want the whole thing painted.

Would a gay "sneaky pete" cue be called a "drag queen"?
