Also, looking at this thread in the Live Streaming area, I see Kaci has been in action all week…

Terry, care to share his record in these matches he has been involved in over the week?

Thanks!

Kaci been lots of action at Griff's on the ACTION table this week, getting ready for his big match with Alex Pagulayan starting on Saturday.

He beat Warren Kiamco
He beat Corey Deuel
He beat the young gun sensation from Hong Kong Robbie Capito

And he lost a really close match to Jeffrey Deluna

Alex got bbq by Filler, 10b race to 15 the other day.
Yeah but that 10 Ball and Filler has a great controlled break playing shape on the one ball.

This match with Kaci is 9 Ball racked on the spot with 3 point rule.

Alex specifically wanted these rules because he feels like the layouts after the break are much more random.

Let’s see how Kaci handles the grind of playing 75-80 games of 9 ball on Day 2. Alex lives for this kind of action, that I know.

Those pockets look looser than 4.25 Terry
If those 4.25 pockets come with the same 142-143 degree pocket facing angle that comes on most Diamond's, which is what it appears in the photo here, that's plenty tough enough. Could someone please explain the 3 point rule? Does that mean at least 3 balls either have to pass the headstring or be pocketed on the break for it to be considered a legal break? If not, is it ball-in-hand for the opponent?

Not ball in hand. Loss of turn unless they came up with some funky rule set.

It just doesn’t seem like 4.25 to me....two pool balls = 4.5
...they almost fit

Update

This is a standard 4.5" table with the larger neopreen facing. It's approx 4 3/8ths. Sorry for the mix up. The next table has 4.25 factory and has had almost non-stop One Pocket action. Big session going now with JRB vs T Modena & Evan Lunda
