Bill Maropulos is the most competitive guy I know.

I tell him yesterday that my buddy Ed Latimer, who Bill knows, ran a 60.

He says " you know I got to beat that now."

Result 99 ball run yesterday. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eerNuoOl_pY

He just couldn't let poor old Ed Latimer have his moment in the sun.

By the way,for those not in the know, Ed and Bill have a friendly competition going and I play the part of Conrad Dobler, stirring the boys up with regular updates, shaded as I deem necessary.

Me too, I thought I was over a hundred, I forgot I scratched in the first rack. I didn't realize it until I reviewed the video.

Nice behind the rack shot at 34:20, too many people blast that shot.

"Taken down hard." Really?

Ed is a very fine player, so I have to ask, with all due respect to Bill: could he do the same on Red Shoes equipment v his home track?

I don't think Bill breaks 50 on those tables.

I'm sure the original post was meant in fun, and is a little banter between friends.

Leave it to Lou to try to make something out of nothing. Many of us in this forum do a lot to encourage and develop 14.1. Then there is Lou.

Why don't you record a few innings for us Lou, so we can all see !!!

Great shooting Billy Boy

Yep, I'll get right on that for you.

Banter or not, I don't believe Ed participates here, so if it was friendly banter it's somewhat one-sided. Regardless, I'm surprised voicing a civil, honest opinion disturbs some of the sensitive snowflakes here. I'm not sure I could run 50 at Red Shoes but could probably do so on my home table, sans opponent, and with multiple attempts.
