If anyone here is bidding on this cue thinking it may be a valuable vintage cue, it is not. It is a cheap poor quality cue from Taiwan.

Doesn’t look like anyone is, based on the current bid.

If I were a Palmer collector, I would actually want this cue for my collection. It’s rarer than most Palmers and it tells an interesting story.

Well I'm thinking it's a Rich cue,,but what do I know,,but I'm thinking it

It isn't a Rich. It's a cue marketed under the brand name "Professional". They made a number of different style cues, this being one of them.

Attached are a few pics of their other offerings.

The bumper and writing alone lets you know it's an Asian import cue.

All the best,

Yes to a true collector. I collect vintage label cues from the late 30's to the early 60's, every once in awhile I will find one on the web that is a knockoff but period correct. To me those cues are very interesting and extremely rare.
