Did Brunswick sell table parts to others ? - 04-04-2014, 12:30 PM

I have a lovely Dufferin Challenger pool table in my basement. A friend tells me that it might have been originally from Ontario Billiards Supply (OBS). I think that Dufferin bought OBS as their entry into the table business.

Anyway, the pocket castings on the Challenger look identical to those on a Brunswick Anniversary. Would OBS/Dufferin have purchased the castings from Brunswick ?

Look at the inside of the castings, date and stamp usually inside.
