Richmond Cues

I just saw this online and know nothing about them. Not listed in the Blue Book at all.

Can somebody give me he good, bad and ugly on these?

i've seen a few of their cues on ebay,they look pretty well but i'm not sure on the quality.
think they are one of the cheaper filipino custom cue makers,along the same lines as worx cues.
