The rules, briefly: when reds are on the table you have to make one before you can shoot at a more valuable "colour"* which spots. When the reds are gone, the colours are taken in order as in rotation games: yellow, green, brown, blue, pink, black, worth 2 to 7 points.
* Evidently red is not a colour.
