Here are some stats from the round-robin-matches portion of the 2014 World 14.1 Tournament played August 4-6, 2014 at Steinway Billiards in Queens, NY. These were the 16 matches streamed by AzBtv, and they represented 13.3% of the total of 120 round-robin matches that were scheduled.

The conditions for this event include:
- Brunswick Gold Crown 9-foot table with 4½" corner pockets and green Andy cloth;
- Delta 13 rack;
- Aramith balls;
- foul on all balls;
- opponent racks;
- lag for opening break.

For similar results from the double- and single-elimination portions of this event, see this thread: http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=371948

Attempted Scoring Innings means the player's total number of innings for the game minus the number of innings that he played only a safety or an intentional foul (no attempt to score a point).

PPI is Points per Inning based on the total number of innings in the game for that player. [Note: I am calling this measure Points per Inning rather than Balls per Inning to be a bit more precise in the definition.]

PPASI is Points per Attempted Scoring Inning, i.e., points per inning based on the number of Attempted Scoring Innings in the game for that player.

All information is given first for the match winner and then for the match loser (separated by a comma).

Really cool stuff. An average 20 points per inning is way more impressive than it initially seems, you have to run consistent 30's to 50's and above in order to offset the shorter innnings that everyone will have from time to time. I remember doing my own stats a while go and noticed that there was a clear divide among pros and top tier pros, where the champions were averaging close to and above 30 balls per attempted scoring inning.
