Franklin South West playing cue and Extremely Rare Franklin South West jump cue set.

Six point playing cue is made with museum quality Birdseye maple point and Macassar ebony nose by Jerry Franklin. This is the highest quality Birdseye I have ever seen on a SW cue. Also included in this sale is a needle in a haystack matching pointed southwest jump cue made by Jerry Franklin.

Playing cue:
Six pointed Jerry Franklin era Macassar ebony forearm with superb grade AAAAA+++ Birdseye maple points. I have never seen a higher quality Birdseye used in a SW cue. Comes with two shafts and weighs 18.9 oz. with both shaft and butt put together. Shafts are 29.25” in length original shafts. Weights and tips will be updated after I finalize the measurements with my digital calipers and scale.

Jump Cue: This jump cue is so extremely rare you may never see another one for sale. Macassar ebony forearm matching SW jump cue with Birdseye maple points and fancy index rings *single shaft included

How much for just the playing cue? Would you separate? What's the condition and size of the shafts? What kind of ferrules?

PM me, I'm interested.

Thanks.

shaft specs for sw - 08-13-2015, 09:07 PM

playings shafts for this southwest are the following specs:

weights:

1) 3.8 oz tip size 12.84mm

2) 3.7 oz tip size 13.10mm

3) 3.7 oz tip size 13.10mm

I didn't weight the jump cue shaft but did measure it at 13.60mm

I'm not sure of the material of the ferrules as it is non micarta or non ivory.

Considering purchasing. - 08-30-2016, 06:18 PM

It's really fascinating and awesome cues!!

I'm considering purchasing both playing cue and jumping cue.
Is it still possible to get them?
If possible, I would be glad to get PM for further details.

Kindest regards,

cloudnineball
