I’ll take #6 all day and everyday.
Would love to have a 8 point Szam.
Never even seen one in person.
Beautiful cues thanks for sharing.

# 5 was Jack Colavitas Bushka I believe.

JV

I can't believe Jack gave up that cue. Beautiful, and understated. Looks like a Spain blank. I would have kept it forever.

Then again, in his later years, Jack played with a Richard Black.

All the best,
WW

I would love #7 but I can’t stand anything above the points...
....no dots, circles, arrows, or diamonds.
And I hate backward facing points on the afterwrap.

Is there a place I can get help for this phobia?

A friend came into our mutual home pool room today with 2 large dealer cases containing what he refers to as his lifetime cue collection. He has done a good job!!! :)

What a treat it was to get to see these and, of course, I couldn't resist, I took some pics of a select few to share.

What do you guys think? ;)

The heavily figured birdseye cue at the bottom with ebony and silver boxes is a Richard Black. You'll prob know the rest of the lineup.

best,

When I first saw the title of the thread I thought, cool, some hot chicks or the bud light girls were in the pool room today! Which means I’m still thinking like a young guy. When I wasn’t disappointed after I saw those amazing cues I realized I am in fact old. But there was a glimmer for a moment...

maybe Cue Gardens Medical Center?

meanwhile, you had #5 pegged as the one that would get your cash. Looks like it was likely Jack Colavita's Bushka. Not a bad pick sir!

1. Gus
2. Bushka
3. Bushka - best hitting GB I ever hit!
4. Gus
5. Sorry, not 100% but I think this was a Bushka
6. heavily inlaid and ringtail wrapped Barry
7. I think this one was said to be Barry's first completed cue
8. Gus
9. early Gus - I would have guessed it was a Bushka, but not

Is #8 a Gus? I would have thought Balabushka.

I did confirm that #5 was, indeed, Jack Colavita's Bushka and #8 is a Bushka, as well.

I updated my previous 1-8 list to reflect this.

PT you're right on!

I hate dots, clovers or spears on the points.. maybe they do that when the points
aren't perfect? Same with backwards points on the butt sleeve.. every cheap
decal cue has those now... I've only seen a few backwards I***y inlays that
match the forearm that I like... like this Scruggs:
