those appear to be a set of sportcraft balls to me, but i can't say positively.the box would sway u to say aramith but the colors don't look right to me. i know this isn't much help for you just my humble opinion.

"Made in Belgium" pretty much guarantees Saluc/Aramith. The box is an older style, as in 1990s or so. The pattern on the balls is stenciled on I believe, and you can probably feel the slightly raised surface for the white part on the low balls. I think this level of ball retailed for $50 or so new. I see on Amazon that Aramith now has a "Continental" model that looks similar but a nicer design and you can get it there for about $40 plus shipping.
