Update from Jay Davis

Just an FYI! I know the flyer says guaranteed payout of $10,000 but if we get:

96 - 8 ball singles men
128 - 9 ball singles men
32 men's teams
8 women's teams
16 women's 8 ball
16 women's 8 ball

Payout will be $24,000!!!!!

We will easily fill the men's fields and teams should fill easily also. We need the women to step up and get involved! I am adding $1000 in the team event and all singles money gets paid out 100%!!!!

Lets get the entries in before you are shut out!

We have around 22 teams committed to playing in the open teams, and 4 teams so far for the women's teams with many others getting teams together still.

I am expecting 40 teams for the open team event and 8 women's teams.

I also expect the open singles events to fill up as well. 96 for 8 ball and 128 for 9 ball.

Of course there is still some time left and will probably get the majority of our entries at the last minute.

We will have 2 cue repair vendors, 1 for each of the playing locations.

Advanced is open. Rule only applies to listed master players.
You may have 4 advanced or intermediate as 1 master if you like

Also, rooms at the casino are filling fast. There are about 10 rooms left. Make sure you use code: IBCAPL

Jay is trying to get a deal on room rates at another hotel in case the casino fills up. I will keep everyone updated on that when I find out.

The deadline for entries is fast approaching with only 4 days left!!!
Please make sure all your entries include date of birth. I know it does not have a spot for that on the form, but it is required to get a member card at the casino. That card will allow you to use your discount and to use your free play.
