Made by Mike Kinder and Dan Tull. Possibly owned by Dave Matlock. It does have a roll at the joint and I am almost certain it is in the handle, its about the thickness of a credit card. The cue is exactly like it was when I got it other than a new irish linen wrap. The joint is ivory and it has a 3/8x11 pin.

If you mean the wrapless cue, it’s a Tony Russell. New cue that looks 10X better in person...
