Balls wobble just a little coming to a stop

I guess the title kinda says it all.

I have a new (to me) 9 foot A.E. Schmidt table with new Artemis K66 rubber (Pool #66) and Simonis 860. Slate is doweled and it looked good going together. Problem I'm having is that when a ball is hit fairly soft like on a lag shot, it wobbles just a bit as it's coming to a complete stop. I wish I knew how to describe it better, but that's the only way I can think of to put it. Right as the ball is stopping, it goes side-to-side a little bit instead of stopping in a straight line. I wouldn't call it a drift because the ball doesn't just fade in one direction-it literally wobbles back and forth just a little in both directions right before it stops. That and the fact that it can happen all over the table leads me to think it isn't a level problem, but I really have no idea.

Any ideas? I thought I'd ask here before I hassled my tech with it in case it's something simple like the Simonis just needs more brushing or some break-in time.
