Do you wear glasses? Progressive lenses that are fitted properly by an eye specialist, particularly when you explain to him/her that you need them for shooting pool, can do wonders for your game. The upper portion of the lens allows you to focus in on the object ball, which may be 3-9 feet away from your eyes, but the lower portion of the lens allows you to focus in on the cue ball, which will be more like 2 feet away from your eyes.I'm finding that if I lean too far down my sight starts to blur.

After playing for almost 60 yrs i found out by taking a more aggressive stance, lowering my body with the legs in a stance like a prize fighter or martial arts stance. Ive learned to stand at address like efren, left foot parallel with your cue and lots of flex in legs..The lower the body the less stress in the eyes. Good luck. PS less stress in back also.
If this is happening consistently, you need to talk to your doctor. Could be blood pressure or any number of possibly serious health issues.
