Hightower and Unique both have instructional videos that are helpful to beginners. Even though the ones for Unique are demonstrated on their equipment, they are helpful.
YouTube has a great number of videos for basic cue repairs, too. However, watch with a wary eye and be sure what's going on makes sense. There are quite a few free how-to's out there that make me shake my head. DZcues has excellent videos, but not many are dedicated to repairs, and are not on Taig based machines, either.
Although you asked specifically for videos, I'd be remiss not to mention Hightower's book on cuebuilding as an excellent beginner's resource as well.
