What kind of Brunswick table is this?

I'm looking to buy my first table. It's priced at $750, it's listed as a 10 ft table... It's actually a 9 ft, with 1" 1/4 slate. The gentleman set the table up himself and I'm not sure if the specs he has listed are correct.

The rails are a cheaper set of GC1 rails, because the skipped using the side pocket castings, but the rails, are the same as any GC1 rails. Now the frame, that's a different story, that's the medalist frame. The rail blinds are different than a GC as well, but the comparison I made was in the rail playability alone, and the frame is the same style as the medalist, but is built out of plywood instead of solid wood planks. In other words, depending on the sale price, it can be made to play very well as a cheap built pool table, well enough that a person would fe like they're playing on a GC1.
