i am not 100% sure but i think you can view it on all devices
it is the same ppv system used by almost all the big pool streamers now
so if you have ever watched a ppv pool stream before on your phone im sure this will work

Is the Event Pass 29.95 covers the entire tournament? or do we need to buy additional passes?
