I would think by proximity alone, the UK will always be considered part of the European continent..Their political leanings can't change that..Of course that will surely depend on how Mr. Barry Hearne looks at it!

Yeah, Britain is pretty much North Korea now. I hear Donald Trump is dropping out as the Republican nominee to head on over to Jolly ole England so he can help them out in their time of need. Taking over for a few decades until things are properly settled.

No, I believe it is in Paragraph 4 subsection F , (or just after it), That They cannot represent Team Europe without violating the massive mutual anti-tariff laws pending.
