This is potentially embarrassing, but do you have a tiny shaft? :D

A lot of good players are using OB-2, Z2, and G-core shafts that are 11.75mm, and sometimes less if they've had them turned down. In Samm's What's in the Case interview with Oscar Dominguez, he has an 8mm.

So, if you have a tiny little shaft, fess up!

Snooker players need not apply--unless they normally play pool with their snooker shafts.

P.S.: This isn't a public poll, so your secret is safe!

Who have you been talking to? My ex-girlfriend? Okay, don't listen to her. She was really mad when we broke up and she's been spreading rumors ever since!

So you say...;)

For folks who aren't sure which way to round things if they don't exactly fit the poll...well, I've always thought honesty was the best policy, but rounded up when trying to impress someone. Here, though, I think you should round down. 11.75mm becomes 11.5mm.

which is more accurate to hit center ball with?

You took the words from my neighbors mouth. when at the doctors office he asked if the doctor could cut up his Viagra Pills. So in the morning he could find the( small shaft), and not piss in his slippers in the afternoon. I have used the predator z-1 with the z-2 ferrule. 11.75 with good success. Others say use a good tight bridge and with an open bridge shoot softly.

i can't use anything under 12.5 and that's pushing it

I'm fine down to 11mm with a red circle or blue circle or the measles CB

on a bar box with the crap ball I don't like going below 12.5 as i find its an end mass problem with the smaller heavy ball

i'm using the OB classic pro and i am in love with it. its diameter is 11.75 however it just take a while to get used to the taper and tip diameter

2 Z-2's, 11.75 & 11.69. 12.25 & 12.0 standard shafts. I also carry a 13 mm for breaking playing 9 ball.

i have a gilbert shaft that i use most of that time that's 12.5 but with the measles ball i can't do it. i gotta use the thicker shaft.

i have too many flaws in my stroke to use anything close to 11mm. i'd be worried about the shaft buckling if i had to thump a ball. that and i know i'd spin balls out of the pocket trying to go that small
