Does anybody know of an LD shaft you can purchase in about any pin size that is NOT hollow towards the end of the shaft like the predators and OB's??? Just a FIRM Birdseye maple multi layered or multi grained shaft

You can make any shaft "LD" just by turning it down some (smaller diameter near the tip) and using a smaller ferrule. For more info, see:

Turning a shaft down to 11.5 from 13mm will move the pivot point back about 4".

Typical cue has pivot point at about 10", so you can get to about 14" pivot point, which is probably around 4" less than the hollowed out variety, but I would think that it would hit a lot better.

Predators are the only ones that are hollow.

Not so. OB shafts have a "sound dampening foam core," so the wood has been hollowed out. Several custom cue makers also drill or bore the end of the shaft to reduce squirt.
