I have been trying to place an order with Mezz USA for over a week, no call back and no replies to emails?

Are they still in business or customer service problem?

Mezz in USA

My info is somewhat dated, but up to about 18 mos ago , Mezz in USA was held by JJ Cues exclusively.

In other words you deal in USA through JJ Cues, or a dealer in secondary market, or a private seller. I own a few ,... they are not for sale.

I purchased a cue from Mezz USA in NJ from Caroline Pao 3 months ago, They are an authorized seller importer.
