Helena 7-4 over Karen in the semi-finals? That is very interesting.

I wonder if Karen is really having that much trouble with the alternating break format.

On the other hand, Allison is destroying opponents even with the alternating break.

By the way, Melissa Herndon scored a very nice 5th place finish. She beat Chen, Campos, Tiffany Nelson and Laura Smith to get there. Nice job Melissa.

Maybe it isn't problems with the break format for Karen. I heard tonight that Karen was sick this weekend. Hope it wasn't anything bad.

Allison Wins another one. I was working with the points list trying to figure out where all the players will move it.

It looks like the big movers are
Helena Thornfeldt moving into 3rd by herself

Gerda and Vivian switching places with Vivian moving into 5th and Gerda dropping to 6th

Jennifer Chen dropping from 10th to 13th

Belinda Campos dropping from 13th to 15th

Kim Shaw moving from 14th to 10th

Laura Smith moving from 15th to 14th

Dawn Hopkins dropping from 16th to 19th

Ming Ng dropping from 16th to 17th

Line dropping from 18th to 20th (she did not play)

Melissa Herndon climbing into the top 16 at 16th place from 19th

Tiffany Nelson moving from 20th to 18th

These are not official numbers.
