somebody had said they are a 'billion' sets out in circulation that it didn't matter

well completely misleading. World Wide Collectables labeled each package with a particular number out of 1,000,000. Well there were nowhere near this amount either. Sources told me they were about 5,000 sets manufactured. Had they been more popular more would have been made

after twenty years they are quite a few out in circulation, yes, but how many have not been touched or opened??
