Winner break will draw those players who enjoy playing heads up and do not prefer a handicapped event, where the locals have the benefit of the doubt? There is NO doubt at Rack Daddy's You can break and run racks until your match is over and not worry about getting smoked by a 4 that shoots like an 8 but plays at the room all the time.

$40 bucks and NO quarters !!!!!!!

This last weekend's tournament had approximately 45 players the previous tournament had 60.

The $2000 Added is prorated based on the number of players. When Sam had 60 he went ahead and added 2000, with the 45 players $33 per player is added.

At 11 p.m. Saturday night we were down to 2 players on the winner's side and matches on the losers side were playing for a lock in the tournament and auction. 5th place paid 150 to 2 players, everyone that stayed overnight were in the auction and I think if you had 1/2 yourself and the tourny money you got back nearly 350.

If Sammie made the losers bracket a race to 7 this would be a 1 day event with the 12 tables he has. The losers bracket by it's nature and quantity of matches draws this event out to 2 days.

If you play well? Bring your overnight bag and a deposit ticket for your bank account on Monday.

If you have any questions I cannot answer in regards to this event, I can get one for you.

bump to the top

There is a small tournament in Millersburg the same weekend, a one day tourney and a handicaped tournament in Cape Girardeau? Mo. The same weekend if you are into that sort of tournament? Local players get the benefit of the doubt and good players have to out run the NUTS.

At least at Rack Daddy's your destiny is truely in your hands. Winner break, race to nine. Just like the good ole days. If you want to play a great player heads up, this is your chance. If you like 30 to 1 payback on your entry? This is your tourney. Tournament ran consistantly down to the guys who will be in the tournament and auction payouts.

So, bump to the top for Rack Daddy's remember in Hannibal just off 61 there is a KFC buffet that opens at 10 a.m. where you can have chicken and biscuits for breakfeast. Highly recommended by the mountain man.:p

we are wanting to have a friday night mini tournament 20.00 entry race to 5 nine ball winner breaks like to start it at 6:00 pm friday night the first 16 paid entries

Sounds great for local players

we are wanting to have a friday night mini tournament 20.00 entry race to 5 nine ball winner breaks like to start it at 6:00 pm friday night the first 16 paid entries

Cost prohibitive for guys driving in. No one is a LOCK in a race to 5.

Ever think about making the loser bracket a race to 7??????

but thats the point we all cant have locks in life ifso why would anyone play that dont have a chance .............i did this so some people could drive in the night before and have somthing to do

and i have had the loser bracket a race to 7 1 time and a lot of people still went to 9............. besides a need to make a little of my added $$$$ back i dont want everyone to get out as soon as they get thier ........the pay-outs are good anyway

Would you stake me?

You ever think about actually PLAYING in the tournament?
I will play if I can find someone to stake me? Kind of like you playing. It would be just making a donation.

What was that you once said? I like money?

Me and a buddy of mine spent $40 a piece in the last tourney and bought the tournament winner and turned that into $400.

We did buy 3 other guys with one coming in 5th.

Race to 7 would wrap it up in one day. Rather than getting down to 4 guys at 11 p,m, It was just a thought.:confused:

Some champions will be in Reno NV. U.S. Bar Table Championships so, Watchez you might have a shot in this event. I remember you being a world beater at the Rail.

Whammo

He has to be able to draw the ball first.

You must know Watchez, but not aware of his superior pool playing skills which he has developed over the years.

If there is a flood somewhere you want Watchez there to help keep the rush of water coming over the man made wall.
:D

Bump

Just 2 more weeks and it will be time to pack the overnight bag for Quincy.

See first page for flyer. $2000 added, prorated at $31.xx per player. This tournament will most likely fill up. So, even with 45 players it is $1500 added. Not bad for a little tournament, with 12 tables.

I haven't been to one of these yet. Looking forward to going. A shame Illinois is so long though...

Make the losers bracket a race to 7

we have 12 valley bar tables now

Then this will be a one day event, should the loser's bracket be a race to 7 and make it harder to pick the winner in the auction.

Up for consideration.
