Apparently Dennis Orcollo lost to Bing Jie Chu in the final of this event but I can't find any info on the tournament. Anyone have info on payouts?

Impressive payout Men's champ get 150K RMB which is about $25K. Women's champ gets same amount.

You are right, sorry. I got a little carried away and assumed Orcollo won! I just watched the final and it was an impressive performance by the young Chinese player. (I forget his name)

Bing Jie Chu is the winner's name. The video was frozen for racks 10-12, so I don't have stats from those games but Chu had B&R's on 5/9 of his breaks, had 1 foul in the entire match in Rack 5 (scratch). He played two poor safeties (Rack 15,19) and missed pocketing ball on jump shot he pushed out to in Rack 17. The rest from him was all ball pocketing, and impressive offensive performance.
