6” wavy forward extension search

I am looking to source the above. I have spoken to a couple of custom makers and neither have the tools for wavy joints.

I am wondering if this request is possible? If so, could you point me in the right direction?

Just wanted to add that I had a 6” extension made to order. Not cheap but high quality and perfect fit. Very happy with the work.
