i have a 1986 joss cue that says cue made for nick varner world champion on it. anyone have a clue what it may be worth?
i also have a 1986 joss cue made for earl strickland.it says e.s.on both shafts.

Personally if I had your Question, I would approch several of the DEALERS who post on this Site, as they are about 5, or 6. Also Shoot some Photos of the Cue, Post em, and may I ask what other Province do you have to back up the was really "made for nick varner world champion"? A Letter, or ?

Sheesh don't get that around... :p

But here is the skinny... a- not a lot of people collect from Joss' production years, so that value is minimal.. b- if the cues were indeed made for the players listed, then that adds some good value. A Joss from that era with some work maybe a 650-1500 dollar cue depending on the design and condition, but if its Varners cue I think it would (could) add about $1500/2000 to the cue. Earls the same. But getting the proof (provenance) is another issue, and the biggest thing is finding buyers. It amazes me that there are so few collectors that target players personal cues.

something tells me that you probably will try to start contacting her after this, though..... then the next thing you know, it will be a reenactment of "Cape Fear", only I'm not a push over.

it was meant as a joke, hero.
