There are some instances on a 9' pool table when you are on the diagonal and the cue stick is completely within the pool table, that you can shoot upwards on the CB. This would happen even more often on a 10' carom table playing 3 cushion. Are there any shots that require an upward stroke, or that work much better with an upward stroke? We may have had this conversation about 15 years ago, but I don't recall if there was any consensus. Thoughts?
