Chatting with the local room owner the other night, she was looking for ideas for adding new things to the room. I asked her if she ever cornholed, I got the deer in the headlights look :)

Which leads me to wonder if there are any pool players that Cornhole?

yeah sure, rarely at summer parties outside. but for the love of god we call it bags here.

one of the pool halls I go to has a setup in the bar section, always seemed like a waste of space to me but it seems enough people like it.
 
Cornhole means a TOTALLY different thing here in the South, it's considered the same as buggery so it would be almost impossible to cornhole yourself.

Yeah, we play it here with washers. Sand or astro-turf in the box. Center of the box is a can or PVC tube. They have cardboard sheets to keep the washers from dancing across the room at the local bar.

When I first saw the name of this thread, I was wondering why it hadnt been removed yet....lol. Yeah cornholing is not the way to describe it in the South.:D

No. Never.
I suggested it to my wife once. She said sure, but first we will have to go out and buy a strap-on apron so she wont get corn on her clothes.
I said oh never mind, that would be too much trouble.

We used to use quarters and the spot on a pool table - closest to wins.

If you should find that you are capable of cornholing yourself, you may want to consider hiring an agent and taking that show on the road. ;)
