Old and new self made cues
My first cue cue project was a one piece Dymondwood butt to fit a Cuetec R360 shaft. The second cue is a 60" break cue with a Dymondwood shaft and butt with ebony. I have since lightened the breaker with a wrapped lighter handle section. My latest shooter is purpleheart and Dymondwood.

Meucci 97-21b rebuild
What I started with..... then finished with my spin on it. Holly forearm with ebony points (instead of plastic), ebony handle (instead of maple handle, black linen coated over), reused butt and forearm arched inlays. Added ebony and mop dots above points, added ring work.

Friend of mine wanted more weight taken out of this cue than just removing weight bolt could accomplish.
I talked him into letting me remove the leather wrap and showcase the beautiful Koa wood that has been hidden for years.
I cut off the heavy ss joint and added some curly walnut to the butt end. Added a few rings and inlays along the way.
She went from a 21 oz. cue to 17.4 oz.
