Bank Pool Tournaments in Las Vegas?

I saw where there is going to be a 3 cushion tourney to be held at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas coming up.
 
Considering Banks is regional and only heavily played in KY, Ohio, and Chicago I would be surprised to see a bank tournament held outside of those areas...
