The BB was refinished by Michael Vollmer and the buttcap has to be replaced. With that it lost the logo, but I´ve got the option (according to Donnie of BB) for a logo-replacement and a further shaft (to my specs).
There wasn´t any discussion about the quality of the refinish made by Michael.
The Murrell would according to Kenny cost $ 4,5k if you´d order now. 8 points with 3 veneers (nature, orange, green). He also told me, that he never builded a similar cue...
