Beasley Custom Cues Open - Brass Tap Billiards, Raleigh, NC, June 13-17

Looks like most of the players that played in this week's WPS event at Steinway in NY will be headed to Brass Tap Billiards in Raleigh, NC starting this coming Wednesday June 13. The player list, if accurate, includes far more US pros planning to play than played this week at Steinway's, in addition to numerous Pinoy and foreign pro players who have already committed.

They are hoping for a full 128 field, for the $100 entry, $10,000 guaranteed added event, which starts on Wednesday evening at 7pm. A few of our regulars here are planning to donate their $100 for the experience of possibly getting a chance to match up against a top pro player.

One more thing to add. There is a $10.00 per day entrance fee or an event pass for $30.00. That is what I heard the other night. Should be a lot of fun with all the best local talent and the pros mix in it up!!

The players are rolling in to Brass Tap in Raleigh, NC this afternoon for the event, which starts tonight! I heard Alex has a 1-pocket match as we speak, giving somebody a ridiculous spot. I'm not there (wish I was) but getting texts from one of our regulars who is there.
