Lots of people talk about Erfen's 2-rail kick against Earl
http://www.azbilliards.com/vbulletin/upload/showthread.php?t=16050
(Doesn't Keith have a shot similar to this, also against Earl?)

What are some of the other greatest shots you've ever seen?

Here are my choices.
Corey vs Mika at 04(?) US Open. Corey makes the most impressive stroke shot I've seen outside of Trickshot magic

alain martel vs jeremy jones in the US/Canada Border Battle. martel makes this shot. Diagram is missing some balls, but the important balls are all there. Althoguh the diagram might not depict this perfectly, there is no possible 1 or 2-rail escape. He shoots the cue ball into the rail and then it does a rail-assisted jump over the 5, contacting the 2, and then, as a bonus, cue ball comes off the 2 and flukes in the 3, and leaves cue ball in perfect shape (A) on the 2 (B).

Both corey and alain wind up losing the rack. corey dogs an easy 9; alain hooks himself trying to runout an easy layout.

The stroke Corey put on that shot is one I will never forget. It does seem to defy all logic.
An older friend and I were watching the shot on TV and mt fiend had consumed a few JUICES if you will. Corey hit the shot and my friend jumped out of his chair and screamed, "Good God Almighty, he put English on both sides of the cue ball"!
I suppose you would have to have been there to appreciate it, but it was hilarious.

An illegal shot but fun. Two old friends of mine, Gino
and Angelo are playing one hole for the time.
Two games apiece, 7-7 in final game.
Angelo hangs up game winner so deep in his hole, it
looks impossible to bring out.
Gino hits it really hard with a ton of low English.
Both the cue ball & the other ball go straight up in the
air. The cue ball lands & dies right in front of the hole.
The game winner lands on top of the rail, rolls toward Gino's
hole, curves around an ash tray built into the table,
and falls in Gino's hole.
Gino doesnn't crack a smile. Says, " I didn't know
whether I could get around that ash tray or not".

Just curious, what is illegal about the shot. Where I come from, he wins.

Yep that was legal. The ash tray was built into the table. It's legal to hit any table fixture.

It left the playing surface and rolled across the TOP
of the rail.

I have played many a 9 ball game where a ball or the
cue ball has gone on top of the rail, down some, and
dropped back onto the playing surface, and it was
NEVER declared a foul.

That was one helluva stroke shot. I was sitting by the side of the table , near the footspot corner pocket. It seemed like the shot was helped by the fact that the cloth was new and had alot of slide to it. Still an awesome stroke shot.

I was very pleased with this one just last night to complete a break & run.

It was the only possible shot on the table.

Most impressive was actually a series

Had a stranger come in a little bar about twenty-five years ago and wanted to play some eightball on the eight foot bar tables. I obliged him and he won the break. He called the eight in the bottom left corner and made it. Called the eight in the left side pocket on the next two breaks and it slow rolled in. The third time he called it in the side it stopped an inch shy. I did the racking and there was nothing unusual about the rack or the table. I did have the last laugh that night and never saw him again.
