Well it has been a while since I have posted in here. I see a lot of new faces. Before I left a while ago I said that I was planning on writing a book based on aiming systems. Well, I lied... sort of... while writing the book I came up with an idea and after some late nights I am ready to introduce it. It is called the Billiard Architect and I developed it for android. (sorry IPhone guys, I don't have it for you yet).
How does it work? Here are the 3 easy steps to find out the fractional aiming for any shot on the table.
1)First input the distance
2)Line the edge of your phone where the green dot is above the object ball, align the dotted line with the cueball path
3) tap the screen in the direction you want the object ball to go.
On the bottom of the screen is a graphical representation of the ball to ball overlap as seen when shooting the shot. Or commonly known as fractional aiming.
I just uploaded it to the market... attached are some screen shots.
To find it search the market for Billiard Architect, let me know what you think...
