Brass Tap tournament

I read the flyer, but it said only handicap 11 or under as a no handicap tournament, .... but what does an APA 7 in 9-ball equate to on their handicap system?

Handicap 11 and Under

I guess I better spell this out for everyone! 11 and under is the handicap not the age. THIS IS AN OPEN TOURNAMENT, meaning everyone plays even, but the tournament is only OPEN to 11 and under handicap players. NO CLASS A PROFESSIONALS.
