Can you identify this cue?

Hey Everybody,

Can anyone identify this cue? I'm trying to determine who it was made by and if it has any value. Based on the butt bumper, construction, and condition, I'm guessing that it is circa 1960's/1970's. But, that is just a "guess". I would appreciate any input that you have.
