Chicagoland Area Mechanic Needed

I have had my Brunswick 9' Artisan for 4 years now. The table went in before finishing my basement. Well, I am finally ready to finish off our basement, and I have to find a solution for the table. I have never been happy with the original installation, as the roll falls off a little on the side rails.

I am seeking suggestions on the following:

1. Since I do not want any damage to the table during construction, I am looking for a service that would dis-assemble the table, store it, and re-assemble it upon completion of the finished table.

2. Does anyone have any preferences to what lies beneath the table. I am considering a "pergo" type floor for the area, with a large oriental rug underneath the table.

I am in the western suburbs of Chicago. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
