I went with SDSK models. I emailed Teknik before I ordered and got some recommendations. The SDHP models are a lot stronger, but at twice the price.
The NEMA23 SDSK's was about $300/each + all the other stuff I needed, so it wasn't cheap. Hopefully they should be here around easter.
The enhanced have 8? times the resolution(I think that is the proper term). As you pointed out, the Centroid forums and the plethora of videos are pretty incredible...

Didn't know Kim got Clearpath.
I underestimated his pocket. 😂
My 3 Nema 34's and 1 23 were 1500.00 6 years ago. You need the 75v(I think...Drove 600 miles in a box truck today....everything is fuzzy... I run Teknics original and not nearly as cool as Tony's) PS to power them. If you follow Teknic recommendations and use the Belden power cable... it could be as much as 2.00 a foot. The data cable runs about the same. Looks like, if you want to buy the cables from Teknic, it'll run you about 200.00, with connectors attached.

If you want to make your own:
63819-0900 is the Molex mini-fit crimper.
Headers and housing...don't aske me which is which...
Part No:39-00-0078 Molex Headers & Wire Housings
Part No:39-00-0060 Molex Headers & Wire Housings
Part No:39-01-2040 Molex Headers & Wire Housings
Part No:39-01-3043 Molex Headers & Wire Housings

Pins:
Part No: 39-00-0047 Molex SOCKET 28-22AWG BULK / Headers & Wire Housings
Part No: 39-00-0049 Molex PIN 28-22 AWG BULK / Headers & Wire Housings

I got all that from Mouser. I don't recall where I got the wire. There is some Belden power cable(chrome, not black...if you care) on Ebay right now... It's probably wise, if you are only planning on building one cnc, to get the wires from Teknic. That was never my plan, so after the third one I'll probably have broken even and still have the crimper and leftover crap to make more stuff...

The data cable does NOT, according to Teknic, need to be shielded....

I Bought Nema 23's and a Nema 34 for the 4th axis. Got all the cables, psu etc straight from Teknic.
Is there a better PSU than the one Teknic recommends?
I like the molex connector system :)

I didn't bother looking.... The PS seemed like an afterthought. They come up occasionally on Ebay

No can do.... that's for sure the sign of a sick mind! jk... that's a nice looking setup!

Here's one that will get your OCD going..... It's a bit messier now that I've added a new VFD and a 4th axis control switch and pot to be able to run the 4th as a spinner or via CNC control.

I got my Teknic motors today. I'll be spending the next week setting everything up and dialing it in. The nice thing with both Acorn and Teknic is that they have addressed the Achilles heel of most CNC stuff out there, both companies have exceptional support and how to guides.
