looking for cue collector site web addresses
please reply with any known collector sites (besides doc wu :) )

Hey I would give you the Kulungian Kollection address but the last time the collection was posted it ended up becoming a line of cues for Adam. Since we get no royalties why bother

But hey at least we got the originals :)

I added your site to my list iconcue, cause I see you listed mine as well. Hope you don't mind?

don't agree with that way of thinking
they dont hide the mona lisa just because someone makes a copy
they still leave it on display for others to enjoy
i thought Jimbo bought all of marks cues

....thought you were....now i'm confused

Icon,

I would like take this moment to go on the record by saying that your collection is really looking awesome. Some of the cues that you have recently acquired and now have posted on the site are stunning, tasteful, and great examples of the some of the most revered cuemakers. Guys whose work I really admire and some fine gentleman, as well.

Simply put.......classic style and traditional elegance. IMO these are attributes that are rarely found in most of the CNC cues being made today.

Keep up the great work (well....collecting isn't really work, but sometimes it is). :)

I may be going down to attend. I need to meet a friend of mine there...a cuemaker and he has asked me to come down and meet him face to face.

i'm sorry sir!
didn't mean anything by doing that!
please don't fire me!

I take it there is a (so far) "friendly" rivalry between your cue business and Cornerstone Custom cues? I must commend you both on keeping it civil within the forums thus far. Now....get mad and lets see some trash talking. This is, after all the INTERNET! This is getting boring already! :)

P.S. Hopefully Jimbo won't fire you. Just keep his "name out yo' mouth!" LOL

Matt, Icon/Jeff is just a collector as far as I know, the only reason he tries to bait me and or Bill for that matter is because he's starved for attention and he feels that will get him some. The two of them have both just come into the cue world and it seems they are involved in some rivalry as to who the best new underclassman should be, sort of like a rookie of the year competition. They both have lots to learn, but they are both nice guys and I enjoy having the two of them to play with. It's good for the cue business and it's good for this forum. I understand why Bill posts here all day, it's advertisement for him, as far as Jeff goes I'd say he should get a job. I like both guys and the funny thing is I've never seen them both in one place together. Things that make ya say Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

anybody got any cues i can sell for them? got a lotta connections and can authenticate bushka's (well sometimes anyways)

expert cue authenticator/historian/and now broker

I've never studied your site. I just "assumed" (and you know what they say when you assume something) that you were a cue dealer/broker/whatever. My "bad". So, now that you're a broker I expect a great deal on some cues. Thanks.

Jimbo,

Well, I've been playing for 10+ years and have owned some nice cues, (Scruggs, Bludworth, Schons, a Rambow,...sheesh, I can't remember them all) nothing spectacular, but was always interested in the game more than cues. When I was starting out my good friend (who taught me a lot) played with a Jerry Franklin Southwest (which didn't mean much to me at the time, besides the fact that it hit so WELL!), and owned a nice Richard Black, a McDaniels, a Ginacue...and some others. They all looked beautiful, but again...I wasn't that concerned or interested. Now that I'm older, married with a kid..I'm playing with the idea of buying a few cues (due to the fact that I only play once a week if I'm lucky)..but mostly just cues that "I" like. I'm not all that concerned with "having" to own a specific kind. Oh yeah...who is Bill? Is that Cornerstone? Are you a cue collector/dealer as well Jim?
