Colorado Political add, disipointing

Actually it makes pool look pretty good in comparison to the idiot who dreamed up the ad and the candidate who approved it

I just saw this at dinner time. Being a pool player, seeing this sorta sets me off.
I am afraid when it comes to the game we love....it is what it is.:frown:

Except for the stereotype of the use of the word "Hustler", it is a positive thing.
Pool balls doing things on a pool table can have a mesmerizing effect and get peoples interest as they hear the message. For the life of me I can't understand why pool is not the backdrop to all kinds of commercials. We know people will look to see what is happening. Of course we all remember the Miller ad.

Remember the ad with Tiger Woods bouncing the ball on his club. People though that was amazing. What can be done on a pool table is beyond amazing to the average person and is guaranteed to capture their attention as the product is worked into the action.

I agree with your post , I think it benefits Pool more then it hurts it. I am starting to see Pool as a backdrop in a lot of commercials and also in TV series.Pool needs all the exposure it can get.

I love it! Especially the part where the easy shot on the eight ball is blown in time with the message that the Gov blew it on issue after issue. That ad will get folks attention for sure.

I bet that guy is getting calls already from an APA team that needs a 2 handicap to keep under 23..

If we get a couple pool tables in each Colorado dispensary maybe we could make some headway. If your high with nothing to do you might as well play some pool.

If the gov thinks/knows he would have a good chance of beating his opponent he should challenge him to a short set on TV. Johnnyt
