The Central Ohio BCA pool league announces the 4th annual Columbus Team Challenge. This annual event will
be held
at the spacious All Star Sports facility 6124 Busch Blvd. Columbus, OH 43229. The all star sports facility is a
70,000 square feet
facility that has 3 indoor soccer fields. The facility has a bar overlooking the play area. The bar carries most
domestic beers and
liquors. All –Stars has a very large food menu at modest prices. All-Stars, is also the proud home and practice
facility for the
Columbus Comets.
The Columbus Team Challenge will begin with all Singles on Thursday, Oct 6th at 7:00 P.M. We will offer Mini
Madness
beginning Oct 6th and all weekend long starting Thursday at 6:00 p.m. We will host Mini Madness where anyone
can call a
mini of any type, race, entry fee for any game they choose, and our staff will run the event for them. The number
of mini tournaments
is not an issue as we will have 32-7' Diamond Smart tables available for play supporting the new “Tour Blue”
Cloth. We
expect to run between 20 to 30 mini tournaments Thursday night alone, with over 100 tournaments available
during the course
of the event.
Columbus Team Challenge:
ı This year’s field will be open to 64 Open Singles and 64 Open Teams,
32 Women’s Singles and 16 Women’s Teams..
ı To qualify, you must have played six (6) weeks in a sanctioned league* from June 1, 2010 to Sept 23, 2011
(the last 16
months) and be able to prove it
ı Race to 11 Eight Ball in the Team Event Race to 5 Eight Ball in the Singles Event
ı Four (4) player teams are required for the Columbus team Challenge. You must have
three (3) original players on each team and one wild card. The wild card must
meet the same requirements as the rest of the team. The wild card cannot be a pro**
ı The cost for the event is only $160 ($135 entry $25 Reg. fee) for Open and Women’s Teams
ı The cost for singles will be $65 ($50 entry $15 Reg. fee) for both Open and Women’s Singles
ı Entries postmarked after Sept 23, 2010 must include a $20 late fee. Entries will be accepted if postmarked no
later than
September 30, 2011 if late fees are included and Must be Money Orders. Entries for this event please send to

Don’t get shut out
**Sanctioned leagues are APA, BCA, TAP, and VNEA. In-house leagues are not included unless sanctioned by
one of
the previous mentioned leagues.

If I put Groveport they wont deliver it.

Leave it to the post office to f things up in my hood.....

Anyone that s going to play heed his advice on booking rooms early (now). The quarter horse congress is a HUGE event and rooms will fill up fast.
 
hey chris i may get a team full of billhillys from wv to run up...... but we r in acs league...... our bca here isnt like what u do for ohio... we have had sum major problems with it
