An older friend of mine brought this into the hall for me to look at. It appears to be a titleist conversion by someone, but by whom? He was told it was a prototype when he purchased it many years ago. Has distinctive undulations in the butt section.

i dont know the maker but i am 100% sure that you have a titlest conversion on your hands. and it looks like an old one too. i'd hold on to that one. and dont sell it cheap!

With the unusual joint and the fact he was told it was a prototype, could it maybe be a real early Schuler? I saw a post on another board by a guy who had a Schuler conversion. The joint was more like a new schuler joint tho. This a pretty close to pure speculation on my part, it just looks like the joint has some similarities to what Schuler did later.

rich cue

it always amazes me how many unmarked rich cues are out there, and the speculation on who the maker may be.
