Custom cue case molds/tubing

I was wondering if anyone knew of a place to get the interior part of cue cases, the part that holds the cues. I dont need them with any fabric/leather ect.... just the plastic/foam section.

I have been thinking about making a case for myself, I have gone so far as to buy some leather for the job which cost $150. I know that Instroke use PVC tubing which is somthing I considered but they also have a strong plastic type tube that goes around the PVC tubes in order to strengthen the case and keep the tubes from moving.

I would even be willing to cast the interior section if anyone knew what materials would be easy to cast without major equipment.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

figure out how many butts and shafts you are looking to hold, take some corresponding tubing, make a good configuration that works for you, and tape them together, to just hold them there, then cover the whole thing in tape to even it out, then do what you want to do with the leather...

Thanks

Jon

And no, i've never built a case, but i think i will now :D

oh and don't forget to plug the bottoms, and line the tubes with something nice and soft :D
