I've called a couple of pool rooms, and visited their websites, but haven't gotten through to anyone. Can y'all (<--look how Texas I've become!!) point me to some decent weekly tournaments in the North Dallas area? Stixx and Stones? Snookered? Anywhere? Thanks again!

Looks like Stixx has a Sunday tournament with a 599 max... if golf doesn't work out then I'll call them up to see if an out of towner close to the limit would be welcome.

Looks like Stixx has a Sunday tournament with a 599 max... if golf doesn't work out then I'll call them up to see if an out of towner close to the limit would be welcome.

There is a 1 day 10-ball tournament tomorrow at Stixx & Stones. I think a calcutta at 12:15. Races to 7 both sides. Open at 11.

$60 entry fee 599 Fargo and under - $80 600 and over. $500 added w/32 players.

Nope, really old post. I worked out there for a few months two years ago. I thought Stixx and Stones was the best place to play.
