Talked to Robb yesterday. He took Kim Davenport for $9000. They were playing 8 ahead for $1000. Over a period of 4 days, they proceeded to play several 8 ahead games for $2000, then $3000, and another $3000, which Robb won all of them. :D

I don't reckon that the IRS would allow this type of donation as a tax deduction.

Yeah, it is shaping up to be a great year for Robb. He just needs to get that IPT qualifier under his belt.

Old school Robb is just under the surface... old school Kim might be harder to find.

I backed Robb when he was 19 years old and hung out with Mikey Rinella. Old school Kimmer could have given Robb the seven and got there. With the eight he would have been stealing. Not that I do not respect Robb's game it's just that kim was a monster in the 80's. Kimmer got beat by my buddy for a few sets of eight ball about 3 months ago. He is not the Kimmer of old.

Here we go: Nicholas-Woods, Ali-Tyson, ALL Hearsay. Nobody will ever know who would have beaten who. It's 2006 and Robb has the upper hand now. Who cares what happened in the 80's? That's 20+ years ago. Robb was 12 and didn't touch a stick till he was 15. Does it matter? NO! He's holding Kim's money today, not in the 80's.

If you have more Gambling Winning, losses are Deductible. But you must have Proof of the Winnings like a 1099, and Proof of the losses like you have Loosing Ticket From the Track, Markers, or Canceled Checks...

Hey no doubt about it Robb got the cheese and will get the cheese if they play even again. I like Robb he has come along way. Kim is not the same player he used to be in his prime he was almost untouchable though

Huckster, who did you back him against. Back in the day he shot faster than he does now. Young guns style. I remember him and I practicing one day at the pool hall back in '94. Well...he was practicing. I watched. We would setup 2 racks on 2 tables side by side and he would alternate his shots back and forth to each table. He must have broke and ran several racks without missing cause I don't remember shooting. All I remember was racking.

Congratulations to Robb, would've been great for anyone fortunate enough to watch this. Unfortunately I haven't had much chance to see Kim shoot since his return, how does he compare to himself before the eye injury?
